Yes! All Wisconsin residents 18+ who haven’t visited us before are encouraged to utilize our free day trial. This grants access to all workout spaces except the basketball court (members only). Yes! Day passes are $15 and can be purchased at our front desk. Please bring a picture ID to validate that you are 18+. This grants access to all workout spaces except the basketball court (members only).

We are primarily an adult 18+ facility. We do allow 16-17 year olds to register for a membership in-person during business hours, but a parent must be present to sign the contract. Email customercare@eastbankathletic.com to schedule an appointment for this enrollment.

We have 2 nearby parking garages that grant free 3-hour parking to all gym goers, with QR Code Validation in our lobby. Learn more here: Parking

Our memberships provide access the same amenities; the difference is simply the length of commitment.
Our most common membership is the Signature Month-to-Month. This is $44.99 monthly and includes a $49 annual fee billed on your day of enrollment. This provides the most flexibility, as it can be cancelled anytime with a 30-day notice.
We also offer a 1-year membership Paid in Full for $499. This does not have an annual fee and saves almost $100 over the course of a year.

Yes! With our App you can scan into the gym, enroll for group exercise classes & events, and manage your invoice/billing details.
You'll automatically be sent an invitation to our App upon membership enrollment. Email customercare@eastbankathletic.com for any App support.

Our group exercise schedule is available on the mobile App; simply click any class to reserve your spot! Arrive to class 15 minutes early so your instructor can help set you up for a great experience.
Non-member guests will be considered walk-ins, if there is space available.

All East Bank members have access to a complimentary remote session with a registered dietician to receive personalized dietary advice.

We pride ourselves on using the cleanest ingredients available. Sourced from trusted farmers and rigorously tested for purity, all ingredients are gluten free, GMO free, artificial flavor free. Vegan options are available upon request.

All members can freeze their account for 1-3 months annually. This will suspend all monthly payments, excluding the annual fee. A $15 freeze fee will be applied upon processing.
To submit your freeze request, please email CustomerCare@EastBankAthletic.com the following information:
o Full name
o Phone Number / Email
o Date of Birth
o When you would like your freeze to start and end.
Please ensure you receive a confirmation email within 3 business days.

Please ensure you receive a confirmation email within 3 business days with final confirmation of your last billing details.
Please note that all cancellations must meet the following criteria:
o Has a month-to-month membership, or is out of term of their 12-month membership.
o Does not have an open account balance.
If you are currently in term of a 12-month contract, one of the following items is required to cancel:
o Proof of relocation 30 miles away from the gym: utility bill, mail, job offer letter, new ID (early termination fee of $50)
o Proof of medical injury restricting your ability to use the gym (early termination fee waived)
o Proof of military deployment (early termination fee waived)
