About Me
@maryxfit
Fitness has been a big part of my life since childhood. I was always on the move, from sports practices to keeping active with my four older brothers. College challenged those habits though - Until I found the support and confidence to become active in the gym. Once I saw the impact strength training had on my physical and mental health, I was hooked. Since then I've devoted myself to continually learning about fitness and how to empower others to take control of their health. I'm high energy, extremely motivated, and I love inspiring others to become the best version of themselves.
Outside of the gym I enjoy taking long walks along the lakefront, going to concerts, and trying new food & entertainment around Milwaukee!
Training Philosophy

About Me
@living_legacies_consulting
As a first-generation American, I found solace and inspiration in fitness and movement. As my parents worked tirelessly, my siblings and I had to find physical activities to entertain ourselves. These outlets became my passion and propelled me to excel in physical performance standards when I enlisted in the military as an 11B.
In addition to my full-time responsibilities, I dedicate a part of my life to personal training. This journey has enabled me to witness the profound impact of my coaching on soldiers, friends, and family members. I take great pride in the moments when these individuals humble themselves to seek my guidance and embark on their quests for self-improvement, and I gladly join them on that transformative journey.
Outside the gym, I enjoying biking, motorcycling, martial arts, reading and learning by the hidden gem spots in Milwaukee.

About Me
@tmad_fit
From a young age, sports and physical fitness were my life. Baseball, football, basketball, wrestling, track and field, weightlifting, if you could compete, I would do it. The physical and mental training was all I wanted and I wanted to compete at the highest level. Unfortunately multiple shoulder surgeries cut those chances short.
While I had to find ways to work around injuries, the urge to compete and better myself remained. My interests turned to kickboxing and jiu-jitsu. During this time, I had realized I had lost a lot of my muscle mass and knew nothing about nutrition. This led me to bodybuilding which truly changed my life. I regained my physical strength and mental toughness while still chasing new goals. My journey has inspired me to help others achieve their fitness goals and build a stronger self!
Outside of the gym, I enjoy traveling around the country to visit new cities and going to metal concerts!
Training Philosophy
"A novel stimulus creates a novel adaptation."

About Me
@bryant_liftislife
I started my fitness journey like most, at a local gym. I was lost, confused, and didn't know anything about fitness. I worked with a personal trainer and with consistency, discipline, and guidance, I was able to obtain results I never thought were possible. In addition to physical results, I gained an appreciation for the knowledge and dedication of trainers in health and fitness.
What I admire the most about health and fitness is that it is always changing. I am still learning, growing and pursuing new fitness goals every day. From my own fitness journey, I feel that I am better equipped to connect with clients and help them push through their mental and physical barriers to health.
I've also gotten the opportunity to be certified through the Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body Work for stretching. It's been a great experience helping people improve range of motion and flexibility, which gives me greater insight in personal training to ensure proper form and function of targeted muscles.
Outside of the gym I enjoy hanging out with my family, being outdoors, listening to music, and gaming!
Training Philosophy
"Today is a new day, be better than you were yesterday."

About Me
@taylorwardl_
I have been an athlete since I was a little kid, playing a variety of sports and always staying active. Once starting college and no longer being a three-season athlete, I had to learn how to adapt to the changes. With this, I was able to build a foundation and confidence in the gym I never had before. I began to experiment with different variations of exercises and realized how much I was fascinated by the movement of the human body.
This experimentation coupled with studying Physical Therapy led me to fully embrace functional cross-training. I enjoy powerlifting, boxing, running, biking; all to keep variety in chasing my goals while preventing injuries. I believe
"exercise is medicine" for all of us, especially those dealing with chronic diseases.
My athletic and academic journey has broadened my horizons and inspired me to help others become the best versions of themselves.
Outside of the gym, I'm an EMT for Bell Ambulance, Marquette club soccer president, and a full-time student. I also love exploring new places with my friends, going on hikes, and listening to music.
Training Philosophy
"Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person's physical, emotional, and mental states"
